Smith Pauley joins the Husker team through historic partnership

Smith Pauley is proud to announce a first-of-its-kind partnership in the legal industry that further solidifies its position as a leading, innovative force among law firms in Nebraska and beyond.

Smith Pauley has entered into an agreement to become a proud legal sponsor of Nebraska Athletics. This sponsorship will include an “Official Review” video during each replay at every home Husker football and volleyball game, beginning in the 2023 season. Smith Pauley will also be featured prominently through signage during football, volleyball, and men’s and women’s basketball games, as well as messaging during statewide radio football broadcasts.

Smith Pauley is currently the only law firm to partner with Husker Athletics in this capacity.

Tyler Seals, a founder partner and chair of the firm’s NIL practice group and mergers and acquisitions practice group, said the partnership holds deep meaning in multiple ways for Smith Pauley.
